DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, we are a small boutique and space is limited. Having an appointment insures that we have a dressing room just for you. Walk-ins are welcome, but if there is a bride with an appointment you are welcome to wait or make an appointment for another day.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING COVID-19 FOR BRIDAL APPOINTMENT

Every client and guests must wear a mask or face covering.

Bride and guests must sanitize hands upon arrival. Hand sanitizer will be provided.

Bridal Appointments: One party at a time. Three people in total. The bride + her two guests max.

We are disinfecting and preparing before and after EVERY appointment. We want to ensure the store is safe and ready for you!

If any member of your party isn’t feeling well, we ask that they refrain from attending. We are happy to reschedule, or contact them remotely so they can still be part of this special moment.

HOW MANY PEOPLE I CAN BRING DURING COVID-19 ?

During Covid-19, a bride can bring up to 2 guests to her bridal appointment. 

WHAT KIND OF DRESSES DO YOU CARRY?

We stock a large inventory of new sample, discontinued and gently once-loved off the rack gowns. 

WHO SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
 Our space is very limited. Please no more than 4 people plus yourself. 
CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Yes you can!

WILL YOU HOLD A GOWN FOR ME?

 A wedding gown is a big purchase, we respect that you may want to sleep on it. We are working for our consignors and have a responsibility to sell the gowns quickly.  We CANNOT hold gowns that will keep the item off the floor for other brides to try on.  eros.

CAN I CUSTOM ORDER A DRESS I LIKE IN A DIFFERENT COLOR?

 With the sample and consignment gowns,  “What you see is what you get”. Size and color are what is available, ordering is not an option. While New Sample gowns may able to order in different size and color.

HOW DO I GET ALTERATIONS DONE ON MY GOWN?

We will give you a list of seamstresses that are in our area that we believe are reputable. We recommend you contact them 3 months before your wedding to have the proper amount of time for alterations.

CAN I RETURN MY GOWN AND ACCESSORIES?

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?

 Yes, we offer a payment plan. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE FEE is required to hold the gown. FULL PAYMENT is required within 30 days of down payment. If there is no payment, your plan will be forfeited and the gown will go back on the floor. Please keep in contact with us if you have to make other arrangements. The gown is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
